Frank,
First off, thank you for coming here and posting your views. If you spend some time here, you will see that ALL views on the matter are allowed here, both pro and con. We do not delete posts or "mod edit" them because we don't like what they say. So far, the only posts we've removed are those which threaten, or those which display personal information without the owner's permission.
Now, the main topic of this letter - In the "What do we know about Frank Fencepost" thread, you stated:

On the contrary. MY name is Scott Morrow. This is public knowledge here (and on PJ as well) I own the domain "Corrupted-Justice.com". I pay for the hosting. Because I own these things, I have a responsibility to NOT be anonymous. All my REAL contact info is available from a simple WHOIS on the Corrupted-Justice.om domain.
In essence, I am initially responsible for anything bad or illegal that happens here. I have a responsibility to provide my real contact information so that in the case of a lawsuit or a supoena for ANYTHING done in the name of Corrupted-Justice.com, there is a REAL person to which the legal papers may be served. It is unfortunate that the cowards at PJ (yourself included) don't feel the same sense of responsibility towards what happens there and hide behind a shield of anonymity.
This might put me in a dangerous position, you say? Actually, I don't believe that it does, primarily because we don't DO the things that PJ does here. We are 100% above board, attempting to use education and legal means to get them shut down. That's the whole purpose of this site. I don't worry about legal ramifications because I don't believe the members here have any intention of doing anything illegal, anything for which I could personally be held responsible as owner of this domain and admin of these forums. If it DOES happen, I take full responsibility for providing any information I know about the offenders if supoena'ed.
Now... Let's talk for a minute about hipocracy... Are you suggesting (Again, in your previously quoted post) that your REAL name is "Frank Fencepost"? (If it is, please forgive me, as it is an unusual name.) I am curently in contact with two lawyers, both representing PJ busts. If, as you state, you have the "balls" to forego anonymity, would you mind if I passed your information to the attorneys? As co-founder of the PJ site, in my opinion, you have a legal responsibility to provide information you are aware of if a supoena is drawn up requesting that information. Just as I am responsible for what goes on here, YOU are responsible for what went on there during your tenure.
Now, you may say "Bullshit. I'm not responsible for anything those assholes do!" - Here's the problem... WHO IS?? Is it AG? So far, the lawyers haven't been able to find his real info. (Nor have we, to pass TO the lawyers). Are the contributers responsible? So far, only two of them are known, and they are being sued as we speak. As a co-founder and active member of PJ, I would suggest that YOU should be assuming some of the responsibility for providing the information the legal community is seeking, not hiding behind a shield of anonymity. If there is a possibility that someone at PJ did something illegal, it is YOUR responsibility to provide the information required to ensure they are stood in a court of law and found guilty or not guilty.
I haven't checked, but I have a suspicion that the contact info you posted in the previous thread isn't accurate. If that's the case, why not do this Frank:
E-mail me your REAL info, including your name. I will NOT post it publicly. I will simply pass the information to the lawyers who need it. The chances are then good that they will arrange to have you served with a supoena asking you to reveal further contact information regarding certain PJers involved with their particular clients, and real info for AG (As owner of the site, HE is primarily responsible.) Hell, just give ME AG's real contact info, and I will pass it directly to the lawyers without having to bother you with a supoena at all.
You suggest that nothing illegal happens at PJ, everything is above board, and all is done strictly for the purpose of protecting the children. If that is truly the case, I would think you'd be quite interested in ensuring that nothing illegal or contrary to a person's civil rights is being carried out there, again, in the name of protecting the children. I would think that, rather than YOU personally deciding whether anything untoward is happening at PJ, you would provide whatever information is necessary to allow the COURTS to decide. You are not a lawyer, you are not a judge. You don't have all the facts necessary to determine that. Neither do we. THAT is why it should be left to the courts and legal system to decide. If PJ has nothing to hide, you should have no fear in providing the information asked for.
Please, e-mail me at admin@corrupted-justice.com. If you need more personal detail about me, just ask. (Although a read through the forums will reveal pretty much everything but my liver condition.) Step up to the plate and take responsibility for ensuring the website YOU founded IS following the letter of the law. Be a man, relinquish your anonymity as I have, and take some responsibility for both the good AND the bad that may be occurring at PJ.
